December Day Camps

• 9am - 12:30pm - art class until 12, stay for a group picnic lunch until 12:30. (early drop offs available)

• art projects with some running around breaks in the nature preserve trails.

• $50 per child. 

All camps are held in a well ventilated studio garage. If weather is cold, heaters will be set up. Each child will have their own work space. Masks will be required, but once settled into their work area, they may take mask breaks. There are beautiful nature trails behind the studio that we will explore mid morning to get some energy out. 

Dec. 20 - Marbling Techniques: In this class we will experiment with marbling on paper as well as ceramic mugs using different paint mediums.

Dec. 21 - Polymer Clay: Patterns and unique designs. Rolling and cutting different clay colors to create mesmerizing designs. Culminating in jewelry, coasters or bowls.

Dec. 22 - Soap Making: This class is always a blast! Kids will leave with several colorful and unique glycerine bar soap designs. Great for gift giving!

Dec. 27 - Paint Together: we will paint a wintry scene on canvas while we learn about mixing colors and using different paint techniques.

Dec. 28 - Paint Pouring: Pouring, dripping or using colandars and slotted spoons - we will experiment with different pouring tools on canvas, paper and tote bags.

Dec. 29 - Watercolor Calendars: It's almost 2022 and everyone needs a new calendar to start the year! We will create 12 unique, abstract watercolor mini paintings for each month of the year.
